Anastasia Mikhalina

Anastasia specializes in senior managers recruitment for the industrial sector organizations, as well as for companies operating in the FMCG and retail.

Anastasia joined Ward Howell in 2007 and is currently a Consultant in Executive Search Department.

Prior to joining Ward Howell, Anastasia managed the recruitment and staff development process in the retail chain Castorama (part of the Kingfisher Group), as well as in the hotel chain Marriott Hotels of Moscow. Also, she worked in the personnel department of Russia's largest distributor of luxury goods - Mercury.

Anastasia is an economist, she graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

Anastasia has successfully completed a number of projects to search for CEO, COO, Sales and Marketing Director for a major Russian and foreign companies, as well as several unique searches to attract rare professionals, such as: LifeStyle Manager, Director of Charity Fund, etc.
